GRM International, on behalf of the AusAID, is the managing contractorfor the Australian Development Awards Program (ADAP), which includes theAustralian Development Scholarships and the Australian LeadershipAwards.
GRM is currently recruiting one (1) Senior Program Officer and two(2) Program Officers to support the Scholarships Manager with theimplementation of ADAP.
The role of the Senior Program Officer is to implement ADAPaccording to the Annual Plan and Operations Manual, and to ensure thecompliance of all systems and processes with the Australian Government Scholarships Handbook and other relevant policies for Timor-Leste.
The role includes the supervision and support of the two program officersalso working in the implementation of ADAP.
The role of the Program Officer is to implement ADAP according tothe Annual Plan and Operations Manual.
All position levels report to the Scholarships Manager and will beavailable immediately until 28 February 2014.
Applicants are required to have as minimum: (a) a Bachelor degree; (b)relevant experience in any of the following areas: project management,liaison work, interpretation and translation, research; (c) demonstratedexperience in the establishment and maintenance of productiverelationships with external counterparts, including donors and governmentpartner agencies.
Preference will be given to applicants with previousexperience in the operations and management of scholarshipsprograms.
